Scope & Services:
Completed a 34K SF Interior Renovation. Scope and program accounted for a full floor renovation that included, new MEP, structural alterations, all new finishes and furniture coordination requirements. Services included full management and coordination of A/MEP/FP/FA/S consultants and contractors.
Project managed by internal Hosler Project Management team member when previously employed by CBRE Group, Inc.
