Scope & Services:
Completed a 5-floor restack to 3-floors office renovation with multi-phase schedule. Scope and program accounted for a complete renovation of the existing floors, which included partial new furniture upgrades and associated space finish upgrades. Services included full management and coordination of A/MEP/FP/FA/IT/AV consultants and contractors.
Project managed by internal Hosler Project Management team member when previously employed by CBRE Group, Inc.
