Scope & Services:
Completed a 15K SF full interior renovation. Scope and program accounted for a full space renovation; MEP upgrades, complete new floor layout with all new finished upgrades throughout. Services included full management and coordination of A/MEP/FP/FA consultants and contractors.
Project managed by internal Hosler Project Management team member when previously employed by Himes & Associates.
