Scope & Services:
Project Highlighted is a 25K SF Fit-out to a new warm space. Scope and program accounted for the new construction of 90+ individual offices, kitchenette, conference rooms and administration spaces. Services included both program management to multiple projects nationally in addition to the project management and coordination of A/MEP/FP/FA/IT/AV consultants and contractors at each location.
Project managed by internal Hosler Project Management team member when previously employed by Himes & Associates.
