Scope & Services:
Added a new ground-up addition to existing facility while being occupied. Scope included adding a full basketball gym, administration wing and multi-purpose vestibule for the existing school and religious facility. Services included full construction management and coordination of A/MEP/FP/FA/IT/AV consultants and contractors.
Project managed by internal Hosler Project Management team member when previously employed by Cordogan, Clark & Associates.
