Scope & Services:
Completed a ground-up assisted living asset construction management project. Services included a monthly asset inspection of new assisted living development which included observations, recommendations and actions to quality, schedule, budget and overall development progress. Additional services included management of change order process during construction.
Project managed by internal Hosler Project Management team member when previously employed by Himes & Associates.
